Having trouble with maintaining erection for more than 1-2 minutes and it is may be only 70-80% max hardness. The dosage of 10mg only works reasonably well for the first few times then it became so so. Once I asked for 20mg dosage from my doctor, it works much better, I can maintain it for 20-30 minutes in varying 80-95% hardness. The only side effect for me is .. some blocked sinuses if lying down, which is understandable. Hopefully this will work for a long time and every time as I am afraid the 20mg dosage will lose its effect in the future as happened with the 10mg dose because I have tried going back to 10mg as an experiment, but it does not work any more.
